1. Who we are

“EcoFabrics”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Eco Organic Clothing Pvt Ltd, operating ecofabrics.in, with registered/operational address SCF 17, DLF INDUSTRIAL AREA, PHASE 1, SECTOR 32, FARIDABAD, Haryana, 121003 and GSTIN 06AAGCE8921M1Z9.

2. Using our website

By accessing ecofabrics.in or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please don’t use the site.

3. Products, pricing & availability

  • Product images and colors may vary slightly due to display settings and natural dye/lot variations.

  • Prices are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated.

  • We may update prices, stock, or descriptions without prior notice; obvious listing errors may be corrected after order placement (with full refund if you don’t wish to proceed).

4. Order acceptance

Your order is an offer; we accept it when we send a shipping confirmation. We may reject/cancel (with full refund) for reasons like stock issues, payment failure, or suspected fraud.

5. Payments

We accept UPI, cards, net-banking, and select wallets via our payment partner Razorpay. Payments are processed securely; we don’t store your full card/UPI credentials.

6. Shipping & delivery

Handled per our Shipping Policy. Risk passes on delivery. Delivery timelines shown at checkout are estimates.

7. Returns, refunds & cancellations

Handled per our Returns & Cancellations Policy.

8. User content & acceptable use

Don’t misuse the site (malware, scraping, infringing content). We may suspend access for violations.

9. Intellectual property

All content is our property or used under license. Don’t copy, modify, or republish without permission.

10. Warranty & liability

Products are sold “as described”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.

11. Governing law

Indian law governs these Terms; courts at Faridabad shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
