2. Fabric Selection & Sourcing

While we offer a wide range of sustainable, plant-based fabrics, we also assist in sourcing specialized materials as needed. Every fabric is tested for comfort, durability, and compliance with eco-friendly standards to ensure it supports both the design and sustainability goals of each project.

3. Sampling & Prototyping

Once designs are finalized, we move into sampling — transforming creative ideas into the first tangible pieces. Our skilled sampling team focuses on perfecting fit, drape, and finish, while incorporating client feedback to achieve production-ready samples. Multiple sample rounds can be developed to refine patterns, trims, and embellishments.

4. Pattern Making & Grading

Our pattern making and grading process ensures precise sizing and proportion across the full size range (XS–3XL). Using both traditional and digital methods, we create accurate patterns that maintain design integrity and comfort in every size.

5. Dyeing & Printing

We prioritize sustainable dyeing and printing techniques, including AZO-free dyes and eco-conscious screen or digital printing. Each fabric is dyed or printed under controlled conditions to ensure color accuracy, vibrancy, and long-lasting quality without compromising the environment.

6. Cutting & Stitching

During production, fabrics are carefully cut and stitched by our experienced technicians, using precision methods to reduce waste and maintain consistency. Each garment passes through multiple quality checks to ensure accuracy in construction, seam strength, and overall finish.

7. Quality Control

Quality is embedded in every step of our process. Each garment undergoes stringent inspections for measurements, stitching, color, and finishing. We also conduct wear and wash tests where required, ensuring products meet the highest standards before leaving our facility.

8. Finishing & Packaging

After production, garments are pressed, labeled, and packed with care. Our packaging solutions balance sustainability with presentation — ensuring every product arrives to the client in pristine, ready-to-sell condition.
